To be considered for adoption of a puppy from a future litter, please complete the Prospective Puppy Owner Questionnaire as soon as possible.  Date of application may be a factor in determining who will be accepted for adoption.

Mariah was whelped May 13, 2005.  Wally was whelped June 5. 1999
